
Ingredients for four:
- 1 piece of salt cod
- 2 dried red peppers
- 1 chili pepper (optional)
- Water
- Oil
Preparation:
Roast the dried peppers with the cod. Flake it all into a dish. Boil a little water and pour over the cod and the peppers to scald them. Drain the water and add plenty of olive oil. Additionally, you may add a little chili pepper to give the dish a spicy touch.
