
Ingredients:
1 ½ Kg flour
½ Kg of sugar with cinnamon
3 eggs
1 cup of aguardiente liqueur
1 litre of oil
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and knead until the dough becomes firm allowing us to shape it into balls. Place the balls of dough on greaseproof paper on a baking tray in the oven and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for around 30 minutes at 200°C.
